One sign-in, and a firmer door
Signing in once carries you across Briesa, a password change asks for a code we email you, and every page refuses what another site tries to send it.

Sign-in
- One sign-in: one session, kept fresh quietly, carries you from the sign-in screen to your agency with no step between them.
- Changing your password: the account menu asks for your current password and a code emailed to you.
Security
- Second factor first: an account with an authenticator is acted on only once its code is given, and an agency that requires one admits nobody without it.
- Only our own scripts: every page refuses to run a script it did not send itself.
- No changes from other sites: a change sent from another website is refused before it reaches your agency.
Billing
- No GST: invoices say plainly that no GST is charged.
- Leaving without a card: an owner whose agency never entered a card can still close it and leave.
Reliability
- Email in the background: every email is queued and sent once, and what became of it is recorded.
- Webhook retries: a failed delivery is tried again at 1, 5, 30 and 120 minutes, each attempt in the delivery log.
- Renewal alerts: an expiring licence or accreditation raises its task, its audit entry and a notice to your owners together.
- Billing checked nightly: each night your billing is compared with the payment provider’s records, and any difference is put right.
