The product

  • Tagged contacts: tag a contact in its form, and filter the list by any tag.
  • Your own checklist templates: keep your office’s templates and your copies of the presets under Settings, and a new listing or management starts its checklists for you.
  • Material facts: the material fact checklist sits beside the compliance list on the property.
  • Policies from your state’s templates: generate them as drafts, all at once or a few, and see what was made and what was skipped.
  • Registers in their own words: each register’s form and columns fit what it records; keys are signed back in, and devices assigned and returned.
  • Notes on tasks: add notes when creating or editing a task, and read them on its card.
  • The whole book: sales and managements keep every property one step away, including those with nothing live.
  • Quicker pages: a page you return to from the sidebar opens at once, refreshed by the refresh button or a reload.

On a phone

  • The calendar: the month shows a dot on each busy day, and the week lists its days.
  • The audit log: keeps its three columns on a phone and narrows them on a tablet.

Sign-in

  • A second factor for everyone: an agency can require one, and a member without it sets it up before entering.

Billing

  • The card at sign-up: the owner enters a card when creating the agency, and the first charge comes after the free trial.
