Your agency, on its own records

Briesa leaves the demo agency behind: an agency signs up, opens its own workspace and works on its own records, with every change in its audit log.

Sign-in

  • Your own account: sign up, confirm your address and create your agency, or join one from an invitation.
  • A second factor: turn on an authenticator app, keep a sheet of recovery codes, and end your sessions from the account menu, one at a time or everywhere at once.

The product

  • Your records, not the demo’s: properties, contacts, tasks, the calendar, meetings, policies, the registers, the trust accounts and the audit log read and write your agency’s own data.
  • Groups and offices: a group opens offices, moves people between them, and sets the name, colour and logo its offices and sign-in screens wear.
  • Three states: Victoria and Queensland join New South Wales, each with its own templates, checklists and changes to the law for your agency to review.
  • Portals for vendors and landlords: send a link with its PIN given separately, and they see their own sale or tenancy and nothing more, including what buyers said at the open home, without their names.
  • Audit packs: share a pack with an auditor by link and PIN; the fifth wrong PIN locks it.
  • Keys and webhooks: an owner or admin makes keys for other software, and webhooks that tell it what changed, each delivery signed and logged.

Billing

  • Your plan in settings: the plan, the card and the invoices, with a secure billing portal to manage them.

Security

  • Support you can see: when Briesa support views your agency it is read-only, for an hour at most and with a reason; every page says so, and your owners see each view.

How versions are numbered, and what a bump means for you, is written up in How releases work.
