Which plans can add Insights?
Every plan. It is added to Agent Pro, Boutique or Large for A$99 per month + GST, and it is included on Group.
What is on every plan without it?
The reports themselves: pipeline, rent roll, trust position, commission, register activity and expiries, each exportable as CSV. Insights is reading them across several offices, with the board pack assembled for you.
Do we need to keep a spreadsheet alongside it?
No. Insights reads the same records the registers do, so the board pack and the file can never disagree.
Who in the agency sees what?
What you see follows your access level: an Owner or Admin sees the agency, a Team Lead their team, a Team Member their own work.
