No. Field workers, contractors and visitors signing in are unlimited on every tier, including Small. You will never pay more because more people got onto safe systems of work.
Every upgrade adds employees, sites and modules. Small covers dashboards, core safety, people and documents; Medium adds full Safety (SWMS, permits), contractors, risk registers and insights; Big adds governance, the organisation risk register, client dashboards and API access; Custom has every module plus SSO, a BI connector and a sandbox. Training and compliance gates are core on every tier.
Blueprints is a $199/month add-on on any tier, and included on Custom. It uses AI to generate and maintain your ISO 45001, 9001 and 14001 management systems from your live operational data.
Annual billing gives you two months free — around 17.5% off the monthly price. You can switch between monthly and annual at any time, and cancel whenever you like.
Your choice: consolidated billing to you, or per-client billing to each organisation. Volume discounts apply from your third managed organisation (15% off at 3–9, 25% at 10+), and the portfolio dashboard is free from your first.
